Many of the Hindu temples in Chamba where of this shape and design, quite different from the ones that I have seen in the rest of India.

Probably a very disrespectful photograph of a camels backside and a sacred Hindu temple. No photography of the temple was allowed from inside the outer boundary though. This beach was covered with Indian pilgrims and several camels for camel rides and subsequently loads of camel droppings.

Angkor, Cambodia
This temple is 25Km north-east from the rest of Angkor, luckily all on the flat as I cycled there and back. I started off at dawn to avoid the heat of the day and the bus loads of Korean tourists and I arrived here at about 8am and had a good hour to [...]

Bayon, Angkor, Cambodia
Apparently each of the 200 or so faces on this temple are different in some way. I like this one, the smile appears very calm.
