The Kite Runner – Khaled Hosseini – Started with a borrowed copy in Varanasi but had to give it back as friend who I had borrowed it from was leaving and hadnt finished it herself, then bought and read again in Chamba.

Zen and the Art of Motorcycle Maintenance – Robert S Pirsing – Mexico City, Mexico. Its a classic, very much a product of its day and a book that I have read many times before.
